The button to the left is a link to a podcast that will give you some more information about this topic. It might take a while to load so just be patient. This is pretty much a review of what I have already said in my other posts but with a little more information. I got this podcast from a website for a radio station in Texas. And personally I strongly agree with every word they say. So check it out!Tuesday, November 13, 2007

My Surveys results
When you're obese you are consuming 30-50% body fat. According to my chart, it looks like most 9Th, 10Th and 11Th graders in my school know that. But if that was the percentage of the United States that knew that, that would be about half of the population that was educated enough on obesity. And being an American, that's not such a good thing since we're considered the most obese country followed by Mexico. 31% of America is obese and that's pretty close to 50%. Unlike most countries such as Japan and Korea we are about 27% higher in obesity. At that, it's kind of a sad thing to be considered an American and knowing that every other country is so much smaller in body fat percentage.
