how fat are we???

America is 31% fat while other countries are around 3%.Why do we have a bigger percentage? Is it because of what we eat or is it because we don't exercise enough??? And do those diet drinks really help your diet? Well David Allison and Scott Keith came up with a couple of studies that cause obesity. They believe inadequate sleep is a cause. Adults should sleep of an average of 6.85 hours a night. As for children they should sleep for more. If a child sleeps too long or not enough they are at a higher risk of becoming obese. Obesity could cause prostate, breast and womb Cancer. While obesity is causing cancer lets focus on what causes obesity...Stress is one way you gain weight or become obese. When you get stressed out for long periods of time you can start to eat more or act different than you normally do. For example you could stop exercising or become REAL lazy and that will slow down your metabolism. This brings us to another way, your metabolism. You metabolism is the main cause for over weightness.Or...obesity could just run in your genes.

I like how you list some of the causes of obesity. There are sometimes were you forget to space after you are done in a sentence. If you fix that you should be good. Overall a good post!!!

I too like how you but ways that causes obecity but you might go into a little detail on some of the causes but other than that it was a good post.
